Kizzy’s Story

Kizzy started Raw Pet Food ES after moving to Spain and finding it nearly impossible to source correctly balanced raw food for her own dogs. What began as a personal problem became a mission: make properly formulated, conveniently delivered raw food accessible to every dog owner in Spain.

Smaller dogs generally do better with medallions, which are easy to portion and defrost quickly. Larger dogs suit 500g or 1kg packs. Kizzy confirms the right format for your dog during the consultation.

Kizzy works through your dog’s history on the consultation and selects proteins accordingly.

Keep it frozen until you are ready to use it. Once defrosted, keep it refrigerated and use within 2 to 3 days. Always wash hands, bowls, and surfaces after handling.

Yes. The food is raw and perishable, shipped frozen. You need to be present to receive it and get it straight into the freezer. If you know you will be out on your delivery date, contact us in advance.
Yes. If your dog’s weight changes, you want to rotate proteins, or a health issue means adjusting the diet, message Kizzy on WhatsApp and she will update the plan. Subscribers can also pause or cancel any time from their account.
BARF stands for Biologically Appropriate Raw Food. It is based on feeding dogs and cats a balance of muscle meat, bone, and organ that mirrors what they would naturally eat in the wild. Getting that balance right matters, many products on the market do not hit it, which can lead to deficiencies over time. Every meal we supply is formulated by Kizzy to be complete and balanced for your dog.
Transition takes time, especially for dogs that have been on processed food long-term. The 14-day trial includes WhatsApp support throughout so Kizzy can guide you through any issues in real time. Loose stools and initial fussiness in the first week are normal and manageable.
