Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order. By placing an order on rawpetfood.es, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Us
Raw Pet Food ES is operated by Kizzy Labbon, NIF Y6410132T, with a registered address at Terreno UR-1, Las Pilas, 2, Zona Molino Lucero, Teba, Malaga, 29327. You can contact us at info@rawpetfood.es or by phone at +34 711 050 491.
2. These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of products from rawpetfood.es. They apply to all orders whether placed as one-off purchases or as part of a subscription. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
For subscription orders, our Subscription Policy also applies and forms part of these terms.
3. Placing an Order
You can place an order by selecting products, adding them to your cart, completing the checkout process, and submitting payment.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products at the prices shown. Your order is confirmed when you receive a written order confirmation from us by email. The contract between you and Raw Pet Food ES is formed at that point.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.
4. Product Information
We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including ingredients, weights, and recommended usage. Product images are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in appearance between the image and the delivered product may occur.
Raw Pet Food ES products are intended for animal consumption only. They are not suitable for human consumption. Please follow all storage and handling guidance provided on the product or on our website.
5. Pricing and Taxes
All prices shown on rawpetfood.es are displayed inclusive of IVA at 10%. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. Free delivery is available on qualifying orders. Delivery charges are also subject to IVA at 10% as part of the taxable transaction. See our Shipping and Delivery Policy for full details.
Your invoice will clearly show the product price, shipping cost, taxable base, IVA at 10%, and total amount payable.
Prices are correct at the time of display. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and will notify you before proceeding with an affected order.
If you hold an active subscription, your pricing is locked in for as long as your subscription remains active. See our Subscription Policy for details.
6. Payment
Payment is taken securely at the time of order via Stripe. We accept major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Bizum.
For subscription orders, your payment method is stored securely via Stripe and billed automatically at each renewal. You can update your payment method at any time from your account dashboard.
Raw Pet Food ES does not store your full payment card details. All card data is handled by Stripe in accordance with applicable payment security standards.
7. Delivery
Delivery is to mainland Spain only. We do not currently deliver to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.
Our products are frozen and perishable. All orders are dispatched with appropriate cold-chain packaging to maintain product temperature during transit. Delivery takes place on working days only.
For full details on dispatch timings, transit times, cut-off times, and what happens if you are not available to receive your order, please read our Shipping and Delivery Policy carefully before placing an order.
You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive frozen deliveries at your chosen delivery address. Failed deliveries resulting from customer absence, an incorrect address provided at checkout, or refusal to accept the delivery may affect your eligibility for a replacement or refund. Please review our Shipping and Delivery Policy and our Returns, Replacements and Incidents Policy before placing an order.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Under European consumer law, customers generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving their order without giving a reason.
However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Frozen, perishable, and chilled goods where these cannot be returned due to their nature
- Goods that have been unsealed or opened after delivery where, by their nature, they cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons
Because the products sold by Raw Pet Food ES are frozen and perishable by nature, they are not subject to the standard right of withdrawal once dispatched.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately at info@rawpetfood.es and we will do our best to assist.

9. Complaints and Disputes

We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to resolve it fairly and quickly. For order-related incidents such as damaged goods or incorrect items, please review our Returns, Replacements and Incidents Policy for the reporting process.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant Spanish consumer authority or use an EU alternative dispute resolution service.
10. Liability
Raw Pet Food ES is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from your purchase or use of our products, except where required by applicable law.
Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Spanish or European law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order is the one that governs your purchase. We will publish any changes on this page with an updated date.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaga, Spain, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
